About Anne-Marie

Being bilingual in French Anne-Marie provides particular expertise in financial remedies upon divorce with a foreign element; she also advises on and drafts pre-nuptial and post-separation agreements, including where assets are abroad. Anne-Marie’s international children law practice includes applications to remove from the jurisdiction, Brussels II Revised proceedings and international child abduction. Anne-Marie regularly lectures in issues of international family law and has prepared course material and taught key components of the LPC course for solicitors in child law.
